All leaders within the Scout movement are volunteers, the unit leaders are no exception. Between them they have over 75 years of leadership skills and knowledge to impart. The leaders are there to oversee the unit and make sure that all activities are run safely and within the rules of the association. The unit itself makes the decisions with regards to programming and unit events.
